Terms of Service
GENERAL
Prices listed are for personal use; commercial use will require added fees
Turnaround is usually between 1 and 4 weeks depending on complexity of the commission and personal life
If you need a commission done before a certain date, contact me at least 3 weeks prior
Rush fee will be applied if the commission needs to be done with a short turnaround
I reserve the right to decline any commission
PAYMENT
Payment upfront via Paypal (I'll send an invoice once the price has been sorted out)
Partial payments can be discussed if the price of the commission is above 150€
I'll start working on the commission after receiving the payment
Refunds are not available once the payment has been submitted
CHANGES
Once the sketch is approved, major changes will require an additional fee
THE ARTIST...
... will provide updates on the commission process ( usual updates are for sketch/lineart and colors; additional updates can be asked by the client)
... will keep the rights to post commissioned art on social media for promotional purposes (client can ask to not have their commission posted)
THE CLIENT...
... may use the commissioned artwork for personal use, included printing
... may not use the commissioned artwork for profit/NFT or AI projects
... may post the artwork on social media, with due credits to the artist
